Home School Corner
(It's for school teachers, too!)
Interested in Home Schooling? Well, everything here might be of help to you:
News and articles of interest. Links to websites of organizations and associations
that offer help, materials, guidance, and support to home schoolers. Links to sites
we have found that offer curriculum, materials, or lesson plans. Links that connect
you to sites that we just think are special -- sites that offer something extra in quality
or interest, or even inspiration, for teachers and students. Check them out!
And by the way,
Hey Mom, What About Dinosaurs? was written with you in mind. It is being
used in thousands of homes, helping parents understand and teach exactly
what the Scriptures tell about creation, and just how much that account is now
proving to be exactly what modern science is coming to conclude is the actual
natural history of the universe, earth, and the life found upon it. Check it out!

Americal Homeschool Association
Some good resources, and good reading, along the line of the well-established (and secular) Home Education Magazine (sponsor of the organization and website)

Family Safe Start-Up Page for Home Schooling
A great place to start. Organization is great. I doubt you could think of a subject or a need (re homeschooling) that you can't connect to here!

Yahoo Directory of Homeschooling Websites
It's Yahoo! A whole lot of Internet is available there, but it's raw and un-filtered, unlike the "Family Safe" site. Better you use it as a second resort.

|
Homeschool Learning Network
This is a commercial site (costs about $10 to join, $16 per month) and is totally secular/establishment-oriented, but it practically runs your home school for you.

To Purchase Hey Mom, What About Dinosaurs?
Hey Mom takes you into the process, into the science and linguistics, that brought us
this revolutionary re-translation and interpretation of the record of creation given in the book of Genesis. This new understanding of the creation account shows it to be a scientifically reasonable and accountable theory of origins, fully up to scientific scrutiny.
